Fuel cells - new perspectives for a decentralised and sustainable energy supply Energy demands are world wide on the increase but fossil combustibles are on the decrease, getting more and more expensive. Sustainable energy therefore aims at treating limited resources with care and at using alternative energy sources instead. New methods of energy conversion and supply are highly in demand. One of the aims of CFC Solutions is to offer innovative systems for generating energy together with maximum efficiency, reliability and environmental compatibility at competitive prices. HotModule fuel cell allows minimising the output of the green house gas carbon dioxide by intensively using renewable primary products and residue cycles as sources of energy: They are able to use, among others, sewage gas, residual gases or biogas to generate energy. That way, neutral CO2 can be made disposable as usable energy. Even from daily growing piles of waste, such a plant is able to draw energy from: Fuel gas, processed from waste (synthesis gas), which is also converted into high quality energy. Fuel cells work very efficiently here. The combined generation of power and heat makes the almost complete conversion from energy into usable energy possible and the decentralised location close to the consumers also minimises loss of transmission. Fuel cells of this type are increasingly lowering pollutants such as NOx or SO2. In the near future, CFC Solutions aims at supplying the world market with affordable and robust CFC fuel cells.
